How do I make sure we are within my budget?

We provide you with a project estimate before we begin that details the scope of the project and cost. We make every effort to stay within that budget and will notify you in advance if there are additional costs.

Who owns the rights to any design work?

Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the designer/design firm that creates the artwork owns the right to their creation. As the design firm, we are selling specific rights to use it. For this reason we will hand over the print ready piece and not original files without additional compensation or agreement.

Can you handle rush orders?

Here at FFE Creative we do our best to meet project timelines and exceed client's expectations. Rush orders will be discussed on a per-project basis.

How do I receive my artwork?

After final approval of design and project payment is received in full, we will send you the completed files via email, cd, or have website live on the internet. If project needs to be printed, we will send to printer and turn over printed pieces when payment is received in full.
